Our Story and Commitment

The American Engineers was established in August of 2013 at Los Angeles, CA.  This was the time of recession wherein there was no project to do.  However, through the optimistic and entrepreneurial minds of the founders, Ramon and Ellery, the company was established.  The founders believed that recession is hard, but it would also end eventually.  In fact, the founders foresee that it was the best time to put up a business, while the economy was at its low point, and to drive the business along with the economy as it rebounds towards prosperity.

In doing business, there are two things we should always consider right at the beginning.  The first is the credibility, wherein we must have the licenses, certificates, personality, among other factors that will provide an impressive resume about ourselves and our company.  

However, even if we are the most qualified professional in the industry isn't just enough.  There are other professionals who can do the job.  Yet, the clients will award the project to us considering our relationship with them.  The relationship is thousands of unspoken words about trust, confidence, and teamwork.   

The growth of the company can be traced from the patronage of our clientele. The strongly founded relationship with them, backed by our engineering expertise, gave full confidence to our clients that The American Engineers will walk with them, through the ups and down, until the closing of a successful project. 

Hi-Tech Engineering is a 35 years old company based in Santa Monica, CA.  In 2015, Hi-Tech Engineering merged with The American Engineers.  The owner of Hi-Tech Engineering, Mr. Majid Kimiagar, remained actively participating as the adviser, guiding us all in running the company.

Hi-Tech Engineering was providing MEP services all over the nation, doing restaurants and store chains.  For 35 years, Hi-Tech Engineering was doing projects in California ranging from stores, restaurants, offices, to multi-story residential apartments, mix-use buildings, and public works.  Thus, adding credentials, clientele and revenue to The American Engineers.

The American Engineers is committed to pursuing energy efficiency programs through the implementation of the Energy Code. We strive to keep expanding our understanding of the code and related subjects. We want to share it with everyone and promote the fact that we are all part of the global community, trying to make the world better and safer for all humanity. We understand the cost of additional investments and yet, we work to balance that cost from the savings that shall accumulate in the long run.

Each project is the dream of our client. We own his dream while we design a significant part of it. While we know that our work is an integral part of the core of his dream, wherein most of the time is behind what he can notice or understand, doing our part in making his dream to become a reality is our fulfillment.  Wherein, his success is our success.
